Subscription

If you provide a preferred delivery date when placing your subscription order, this date will serve as the start date of your subscription. Subsequent dates will be calculated based on this date.

Under 'subscription management' you can cancel your subscription at any time without stating reasons or other conditions. However, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next delivery date.

To set up a PLATINUM subscription, you can select the subscription delivery and your desired delivery interval on the product page you are ordering, or you can add your desired products to your basket and set your delivery interval in the shopping basket.

You can then complete the purchase process as usual. Please note that a subscription is only available for food products.

The subscription management will display your subscription's next delivery date. The following five delivery dates will also be shown in an information note (“i”) next to the date. You also have the option to alter the next delivery date to suit you. Note: For delivery dates falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the delivery will be sent out on the previous business day (Monday–Friday).

No, you can adjust your subscription at any time and as often as you like via your customer account. Please make any adjustments at least 24 hours before the next dispatch date. Any changes made within 24 hours of your next dispatch date will only take effect for the following delivery.

Your subscription orders are prioritised for subsequent deliveries and are guaranteed to be dispatched on time so that your products always reach you on time.

  1. Items: You can add or remove items and adjust their quantities.
  2. Delivery address: You can change the delivery address.
  3. Pause subscription: You can pause your subscription at any time and reactivate it later.
  4. Change delivery interval: You can adjust the delivery interval as needed.
  5. Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time without stating reasons or other conditions.
  6. Postpone delivery: You can reschedule the next delivery for any day for up to 10 weeks in the future. Note: For delivery dates falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the delivery will be made on the previous business day (Monday–Friday).
  7. Change payment method: You can see the currently selected payment method for all your subscriptions and change it at any time.
  8. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. However, a change in the payment method only applies to deliveries made after the change.
